A power plant on your dock that costs you nothing to build
GridLynQ funds, builds, runs and replaces a 5 MW battery block on your ground. You keep the marina you already run. Every month the block posts a set of lines to an account you can open and read yourself — the same books we post from.
Where the fleet stands today
Filed, not forecast. Energy counts only from commissioned revenue meters — a month with no filed days shows nothing.

- The ground for the pad and a route for the cable to the service.
- The dock behind it — slips, liveaboards and the boats that plug in.
- Control of the site: ownership, a long lease, or a submerged land lease you hold.
- An introduction to your utility contact, if you have one.
- Every dollar of plant: the container, the pack, the switchgear and the interconnection work.
- The build, the commissioning and the revenue metering that settles the account.
- Performance and replacement of the battery for the life of the agreement.
- Operations, insurance, warranty reserve and the dispatch desk that sells the energy.
The lines your account carries
These are the exact postings the block's own accounts make each month. The rate against each line is set in your agreement and shown to you inside the operator portal once your site is live.
Dispatch sales
Landed kWh from commissioned revenue meters only. No filed days, no revenue posted.
Owner participation fees
Raised on the boats enrolled at that dock; collected shown separately from billed.
Charging energy
The kWh the block bought back to refill, off the same meter days.
Host revenue share
The dock's cut, from year three.
Hub management fee
Charged only while a block is operating. Commissioning and construction blocks carry no fee.
O&M and warranty reserve
Service, spares and the pack replacement reserve.
Insurance, metering, site services
Site insurance, revenue metering and telemetry backhaul.
The term is 25 years with three further 20-year renewals. Battery performance and pack replacement stay ours for the whole of it.
Apply for a block
We screen every site the same way: the dock behind it, control of the ground, the service already there and the interconnection. Then we come back with a priced container and an energize date.
