A higher revenue share than any later host, locked in for the full lease term and every renewal. The rate is shared under NDA during site review.

Standard hosts start sharing in year 3. Founding Hosts start in year 1.
Deposit credited twice over
Your refundable Block reservation deposit is credited at 2× toward your signed agreement.
Priority build slot
First in line for installation and first into the aggregated block we take to your utility.
How to claim a spot
- Apply online in about ten minutes: your site, contact details and any documents you have.
- Pay your fully refundable Block reservation deposit ($5,000 for a host lease, $10,000 for a licence). Your spot is claimed the moment it's paid, while spots remain.
- We review your site and share the full founding terms under NDA. Changed your mind? Ask for a refund any time before signing; the spot goes back to the round.
Founding terms apply to agreements signed after site review; GridLynQ may decline a site. Nothing here is a lease, licence or offer of securities. Estimates are illustrative, not engineered designs.
