The lease terms
- Term
- 20-year host site lease with renewable 20-year terms, recorded to run with the land.
- Your cost
- None up front. GridLynQ funds the battery, the site power upgrade and the utility work.
- Ownership and risk
- GridLynQ owns the equipment and is responsible for its performance and replacement for the life of the lease.
- Your share
- A revenue share that starts once the project has paid for itself. Rates are shared under NDA.
- Site size
- Sized to your site, from 0.5 MW up to 20+ MW hubs.
- If it doesn't work out
- Clear exit terms are written into every lease and shared with your proposal.
