One workspace for everyone building a GridLynQ site
Hosts, delivery partners, investors and counsel each sign in to their own private workspace. Same project, same stage ladder, same sign-off gates — each party sees only their part of it. Access is by invitation, and you can ask for one below.
Which one you land in depends on the address we invite. You can hold more than one — a host who also invests sees both.
Host portal
Marinas, boat yards, campgrounds and waterfront condominiums
Your site file in one place: power usage and slip mix you log yourself, the lease proposal as it is drafted, the sign-offs waiting on you, and where your project sits in the build queue.
Marina owners with a GridLynQ block on their ground
Confirm the blocks standing on your site, then read what they did month by month: the energy that landed, the participation fees raised on the boats at your dock, the hub management fee and your own revenue share.
The marinas assigned to you, your onboarding checklist, incentive bank and payments issued, the role walkthroughs in the Academy, and a message thread straight to our team.
Investors in the seed round and the secured loan fund
Round stage, your indicated cheque and what has been called, released materials, and your own sign-offs. Access opens once your NDA is signed in the portal, or an admin approves an exception.
Every lease draft waiting on a reply, with the headline rent, revenue share and term. Clear it for issue or send it back with a note — the lease cannot settle until counsel has cleared it.
Hosts, partners and investors follow the same six stages. Your portal always shows the rung you are on, what closed it, and what is still open.
01
Introduction
You tell us about the site or the firm. We confirm fit, service area and timing — nothing confidential changes hands yet.
02
Invitation
We create your account and email the invitation. Signing in with that address is what opens your workspace; there is no public sign-up.
03
Paperwork
NDA for investors, partnership terms for partners, the lease package for hosts. Each document appears in your portal as a sign-off you tick yourself.
04
Sign-off gates
Every stage has named gates. You confirm your side, our team approves theirs, and the stage only advances when both are closed — you can always see who it is waiting on.
05
Delivery
Hosts move into design, permitting and build. Partners pick up assigned sites and incentive milestones. Investors follow the round and capital calls.
06
Operating
Once a site is energised the portal keeps going: performance, payments issued, revenue share and the renewal calendar for the life of the lease.
Invitation only
No open registration. Your workspace is tied to the email address we invite, and every page is closed to search engines.
You only see your own file
A host sees their site, a partner sees their assigned marinas, an investor sees their own position. Nobody sees another party's numbers.
Nothing moves silently
Every sign-off, approval and stage change is stamped with who did it and when, and shows on your activity trail as well as ours.
Ask for an invitation
Tell us which side you are coming in on. We review every request by hand and send the invitation to the work address you give us.
Partners and contractors
Storage, charging, EPC and technology firms. Approved partners get the partner portal, assigned marinas and the Academy walkthroughs. Read the partner program.
Investors
Request the deck to start the conversation. The investor portal opens once your NDA is signed. See the round structure.
Own a marina, boat yard, campground or waterfront condominium? Hosts start with a site review, not a form.
No GridLynQ block is energized yet. Every figure shown is a modelled profile of a candidate site's conditions — speculative, not measured, and not a quote or a guarantee of results.
