Partnership program

White-label storage that meets the grid revenue that pays for it.

GridLynQ electrifies marina slips, dry-stack racks, campground pedestals and RV resort sites for vehicle-to-grid dispatch. Our storage, charging and EPC partners build behind a GridLynQ label — the property owner sees one certified system, one warranty and one accountable party. Commercial terms are negotiated privately in a gated partner workspace, never on this page.

Why the two products belong together

Bidirectional-ready storage, under our label

GridLynQ specifies non-flammable, high-cycle-life packs that tolerate daily grid dispatch, then ships them as GridLynQ-certified storage with our pedestals, submetering and dispatch layer. Manufacturing partners stay behind the label; the property owner buys one accountable system.

A safety story that opens docks

Fire risk is the single biggest objection in enclosed dry stacks, covered slips and RV storage buildings. Non-flammable chemistry with insurer-ready documentation is what marina and campground owners are already asking for — and it is the wedge that opens the site conversation.

Shared pipeline, not referral fees

Every qualified property GridLynQ assesses produces a slip, rack and pedestal count — a standing bill of materials. Partners work one pipeline with us under shared stages, shared forecasting and a defined revenue share, negotiated privately in the partner workspace.

Where we sell together

Three segments, one motion. Each one already has an assessment funnel, an ROI model and a routing tier inside GridLynQ — a partner plugs straight into live pipeline.

Marinas & boatyards

Wet slips, covered slips and dry-stack racks

Vessels sit plugged in eight to ten months a year. Repower and new-build electric hulls specify a pack; GridLynQ specifies the pedestal that charges and discharges it.

  • GridLynQ-branded slip electrification assessments for the property owner
  • GridLynQ-certified pack specified as the recommended retrofit for owner repowers
  • Insurer-facing safety documentation bundled into every dry-stack proposal

RV resorts & campgrounds

Transient sites and full-time seasonal rentals

Full-time residents and long-stay rigs are effectively fixed storage on wheels. House-bank upgrades plus metered bidirectional pedestals make peak export practical at park scale.

  • House-bank upgrade offers packaged with pedestal installs
  • Park-operator financing built around a per-site monthly instead of CapEx
  • Seasonal dispatch modeling shared with both sales teams

Waterfront condominiums

Ownership groups with slips and housing

Boards buy resilience first and revenue second. A combined pack-and-pedestal microgrid proposal answers both in one document to one decision-maker.

  • Resilience-first joint proposals sized to the association's outage exposure
  • Board presentation kit delivered under the GridLynQ label by whichever party owns the account
  • Reserve-study language both companies can stand behind

How the partnership runs

Joint go-to-market

  • One shared target account list, reviewed monthly
  • GridLynQ-labelled collateral for marina, RV and condominium segments
  • Joint presence at marine trade shows and RV park operator conferences
  • Shared case studies published on both properties

Technical & deployment

  • Interoperability validation between partner hardware and GridLynQ pedestals
  • Two reference demo sites — one marina, one RV resort — inside the first two quarters
  • Shared installer training and certification materials
  • Joint warranty and field-service escalation path

Pipeline & reporting

  • Shared deal registration to prevent channel conflict
  • Quarterly business review against booked and forecast volume
  • Agreed attribution rules before any lead changes hands
  • Named partnership owner on each side with a standing cadence

Deal terms on the table

These are the published starting positions only. Actual pricing, exclusivity and volume commitments are negotiated privately in the partner workspace once an NDA is in place — no partner name or executed term ever appears on this page.

Term

Matched to asset life

Structured to run for the productive life of the deployed assets. Term, renewal and exclusivity structure are reviewed directly with qualified partners under confidentiality.

Territory

Worldwide

Global by default across marina, boatyard, RV resort and campground segments. Exclusivity is available and is scoped to committed volume.

Revenue share

Sourcing party leads

The party that sources and closes the account books the deal; the other is compensated on attached hardware or services under a negotiated arrangement.

Marketing fund

Matched contribution

Each party funds an equal quarterly amount for trade shows, content and demo sites, spent against an approved joint plan.

The executable term sheet

Agreement length, renewal structure, revenue-share mechanics, exclusivity policy and the warranty and replacement commitments behind a GridLynQ host site.

  • Exact term length and renewal structure
  • Exclusivity policy and territory carve-outs
  • Revenue-share mechanics and attribution rules
  • Marketing-fund accounting and reconciliation

From intro to signed in four steps

01

Mutual NDA & fit review

Two weeks. Confirm specs, certifications, production capacity, white-label willingness and target segments against GridLynQ's active pipeline. Everything after this happens inside the gated workspace.

02

Negotiate terms in the workspace

Term, territory, revenue share, marketing fund, IP and white-label brand use are tracked point by point in the private deal room, with positions, counters and an agreed column.

03

Two reference sites

One marina dry stack, one RV resort. Instrumented, documented and turned into the joint case studies that carry the rest of the program.

04

Scale the channel

Installer certification, segment campaigns and quarterly business reviews against a committed volume plan.

Certified electrician & EPC sign-up

Licensed electrical contractors and EPC firms install the hubs, the feeders and the fast-charge service pedestals. Tell us your license, crews and service area — every application lands in the GridLynQ review queue, and approved firms are added to the certified partner map for their regions.

Segments you want to sell into

Submitting a request does not create a partnership or disclose any existing partner.

Submit a partnership proposal

Agencies, port and harbour authorities, operator estates, solar and EPC firms, utilities and capital partners: tell us what you would bring and what you would need back. Every proposal is read, and we answer either way. One boundary holds in all of them — no partner payment, commission or agreement ever attaches to a host lease or a site entity, so a block stays sellable at full value.

Submitting is not an agreement. Commercial terms are worked privately under a mutual NDA.

Negotiate behind the label.

Bring your spec sheet and production plan. GridLynQ brings the assessed pipeline, the pedestal platform and the dispatch economics. Approved companies get a mutual NDA and a private deal room where terms, pricing and candidate site profiles are worked point by point.
